1. 개요

만들어줘 AI (이하 "본 서비스") 는 사용자가 자연어로 요청한 모바일 앱을 AI 가 그 자리에서 생성·빌드·설치할 수 있도록 돕는 Android 앱입니다. 본 방침은 본 서비스가 어떤 정보를 수집하고, 어떻게 사용하며, 어떻게 보호하는지를 설명합니다.

2. 수집하는 정보

• 계정 정보: Google 계정 로그인 시 이메일 주소와 고유 식별자 (Firebase UID).
• 프로젝트 콘텐츠: 사용자가 입력한 채팅 메시지, AI 가 생성한 코드, 사용자가 첨부한 이미지.
• 결제 정보: Google Play 인앱결제 영수증 (실제 카드/계좌 정보는 Google Play 에서만 처리되며 본 서비스는 영수증 ID 와 결제 상태만 받습니다).
• 푸시 알림 토큰: 빌드 완료·답변 도착 알림을 위해 Firebase Cloud Messaging 의 기기 토큰.
• 사용 기록 (집계): 요청 횟수, 모델 사용량, 누적 비용 — 한도 관리·과금 정산 목적.

3. 정보 사용 목적

• 채팅 요청을 이용자가 선택한 AI 모델 제공자 (Google Cloud Vertex AI Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Alibaba Cloud DashScope 등) 에 전달해 응답을 생성하고, 그 결과를 사용자에게 반환합니다.
• 사용자가 만든 앱 프로젝트를 외부 빌드 워크플로 (GitHub Actions) 에 전달해 APK 를 생성합니다.
• 인앱결제 영수증을 Google Play 와 대조해 크레딧을 적립합니다.
• 본인의 프로젝트만 본인이 볼 수 있도록 접근을 제한합니다.
• 요청 분당/일일 한도, 운영 비용 정산, 보안 모니터링.

4. 데이터를 공유하는 제3자

본 서비스는 다음 외부 서비스와 데이터를 공유합니다. 각 서비스는 자체 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

• Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, Firestore, Firebase Auth, FCM) — 채팅 처리·인증·데이터 저장·푸시 알림.
• Cloudflare (Workers, R2 Storage) — API 프록시·빌드 결과물 저장.
• GitHub (Actions) — 사용자가 만든 앱의 빌드 워크플로.
• Google Play — 인앱결제 처리.
• OpenAI · Anthropic · Alibaba Cloud (DashScope) — 이용자가 해당 회사의 AI 모델을 선택한 경우에 한해, 응답 생성을 위한 입력 텍스트·프로젝트 코드를 전달합니다. Alibaba Cloud (DashScope) 는 데이터를 싱가포르에서 처리하며, 일부 제공자는 국외 (대한민국 외) 에서 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.

위 외에는 사용자 데이터를 광고 회사 등 외부에 판매·임대하지 않습니다.

5. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

• 프로젝트 콘텐츠와 채팅 기록은 사용자가 직접 삭제할 때까지 사용자의 기기와 본 서비스 데이터베이스에 보관됩니다.
• 빌드 결과물 (APK) 은 30일 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
• 사용자가 앱 내 "설정 → 위험 구역 → 계정 삭제" 로 계정을 삭제하면 계정·프로젝트·크레딧 등 관련 데이터를 서버에서 즉시 (늦어도 30일 이내) 영구 삭제합니다.
• 무료 크레딧의 부정한 반복 수령 (계정 삭제 후 재가입 등) 을 방지하기 위해, 이메일 주소의 단방향 해시값 (원본 이메일을 복원할 수 없는 형태) 은 계정 삭제 후에도 보관될 수 있으며, 이 값은 무료 크레딧 중복 지급 방지 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
• 법령에 따라 보관 의무가 있는 결제 기록 등은 관련 법령이 정한 기간 동안 보관됩니다.

6. 보안

모든 통신은 TLS 로 암호화됩니다. 인증은 Firebase Auth (Google ID 토큰) 에 의존하며, 본인 외의 사용자는 본인의 프로젝트에 접근할 수 없습니다. 서비스 계정 키 등 운영 비밀은 Google Secret Manager 등 보안 저장소에 보관됩니다.

7. 어린이 정책

본 서비스는 만 13세 미만 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 본인이 만 13세 미만임을 알게 된 경우 즉시 해당 계정과 관련 데이터를 삭제합니다.

8. 변경 사항 안내

본 방침이 중요하게 변경될 경우, 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지의 "최종 갱신" 날짜로 안내합니다.

1. Overview

만들어줘 AI (the "Service") is an Android app that lets users describe a mobile app in natural language and have an AI generate, build, and install it on the spot. This policy explains what the Service collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

2. Information We Collect

• Account info: email address and unique identifier (Firebase UID) when signing in with a Google account.
• Project content: chat messages you send, code the AI generates, and images you attach.
• Payment info: Google Play in-app-purchase receipts (your card / bank info is handled only by Google Play — the Service receives only the receipt id and purchase state).
• Push notification tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging device tokens, used to deliver build-finished / reply-arrived notifications.
• Aggregate usage: request counts, model usage, accumulated cost — for quota and billing reconciliation.

3. How We Use the Information

• Forward chat requests to the AI model provider you select (Google Cloud Vertex AI Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Alibaba Cloud DashScope, etc.) and return the responses to you.
• Forward your app project to an external build workflow (GitHub Actions) to produce the APK.
• Reconcile in-app-purchase receipts with Google Play and credit your balance.
• Enforce per-user access so only you can see your projects.
• Per-minute and per-day quotas, operational billing reconciliation, security monitoring.

4. Third Parties We Share Data With

The Service shares data with the following third-party providers, each governed by their own privacy policies.

• Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, Firestore, Firebase Auth, FCM) — chat processing, authentication, data storage, push notifications.
• Cloudflare (Workers, R2 Storage) — API proxy, build artifact storage.
• GitHub (Actions) — build workflow for the apps you create.
• Google Play — in-app-purchase processing.
• OpenAI · Anthropic · Alibaba Cloud (DashScope) — only when you select that company's AI model, your input text and project code are sent to generate a response. Alibaba Cloud (DashScope) processes data in Singapore, and some providers may process data outside the Republic of Korea.

We do not sell or rent your data to advertisers or other external parties.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Project content and chat history are kept on your device and in the Service's database until you delete them.
• Build artifacts (APKs) are auto-deleted after 30 days.
• When you delete your account via "Settings → Danger zone → Delete account" in the app, related data (account, projects, credits) is permanently deleted from our servers immediately (and no later than 30 days).
• To prevent abuse of free credits (e.g. deleting and re-registering an account), a one-way hash of your email address (from which the original email cannot be recovered) may be retained after account deletion, and is used solely to prevent duplicate free-credit grants.
• Records required by law (e.g. payment records) are retained for the period required by applicable law.

6. Security

All communication is TLS-encrypted. Authentication relies on Firebase Auth (Google ID tokens); no user other than yourself can access your projects. Operational secrets such as service-account keys are kept in Google Secret Manager or equivalent secure storage.

7. Children's Policy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will delete that account and associated data immediately.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will notify users in-app or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
